The Infobric Workforce business area works to ensure a safe and secure workplace through a variety of solutions for the construction and civil engineering industry. We are now looking for a new inside salesperson to join the team in Malmö!

Responsibilities

As an inside salesperson, you will develop and build long-term relationships with Infobric's existing and new customers, which include construction companies and their construction sites. You will work on a project basis and be responsible for customer projects where you offer additional services and support while following up on customer needs. The work primarily takes place over the phone and Teams, where you conduct needs analyses and offer Infobric's services using digital tools. You will collaborate closely with other inside salespeople and have a close partnership with regional sales representatives and the support department. In this role, you will have great development opportunities, and there is potential to transition into an outside sales role in the future.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Driving sales through active contact with both existing and new customers – identifying needs, presenting solutions, and following up on deals all the way to closure • Building and nurturing customer relationships. You will be the primary contact for the customer, ensuring high service and customer satisfaction in every project • Collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, region, and support to create efficient workflows and achieve common goals

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in sales or relevant work experience in B2B

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of the Office suite

• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage

• Previous work experience as an inside salesperson is an advantage
