Are you an experienced carpenter looking to work with a skilled team at M&M Träteknik?

Are you a carpenter who wants to build things that are visible and durable?

M&M Träteknik is one of Skåne's largest carpentry companies – both in size and employees. We are located in Sofielund, Malmö, and we are fourteen colleagues looking to grow. We are now seeking an experienced (at least 7 years) and trained carpenter who is confident in their craft and takes responsibility from the first fitting to the last detail.

We have a complete carpentry shop and work daily with custom carpentry, interiors for businesses and private individuals, both manufacturing and renovating windows and doors, as well as other customized wooden products. Our assignments vary – from unique individual orders to high-quality series – often in close dialogue with architects, builders, and private clients. You can see our work in reality:

• Malmö Central Station: four double oak doors and about fifty newly manufactured windows
• Botanical Garden in Lund: ten special windows, approximately five meters high and over two meters wide

Your tasks

• Manufacture carpentry products from drawing to finished product
• Work with solid wood and sheet materials
• Set up, operate, and maintain machines and hand tools with high precision
• Assembly, fitting, and careful detail work
• Contribute to order, quality, and good team spirit in the workshop

Experience and qualifications

• At least seven years of documented experience in carpentry
• Education in wood or furniture carpentry
• Experienced in reading drawings and working independently
• Very good sense of materials, proportions, and finish
• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement

Employment and practical details

• Full-time, permanent position | Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00
• Start: as soon as possible
• We are affiliated with a collective agreement
