Do you want to lead a team while also working practically in car care? We are looking for a Team Leader who wants to grow with us at Zivi. You will lead your team on-site, but also work hands-on in the daily car care tasks.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and support your team in their work
• Work practically with washing and cleaning cars
• Ensure high quality for customers
• Communicate with the Operations Manager/COO and plan the work
• Create a good work environment where everyone thrives

We are looking for someone who

• Has leadership experience or wants to develop into that role
• Is responsible, clear, and good at communicating
• Wants to work both as a leader and in operations
• Has a valid driver's license (B-class required)
• Can speak and write in Swedish or English

Additional information

• The work takes place at varying times – mainly weekdays, but also some evenings and weekends
