Your Responsibilities

As a welder at SLS, your primary task is to perform welding of the highest quality. You will primarily work with the manufacturing and assembly of components for refrigeration machines and related systems, including welding and assembling base frames according to drawings and production specifications (MIG/MAG).

The work also involves interpreting drawings and work descriptions carefully to ensure that the welding meets technical requirements and tolerances.

In addition to the welding itself, you are responsible for:

• Conducting self-checks of your work and participating in quality reviews
• Reporting any deviations and contributing to the development of work methods and process improvements
• Documenting in our digital systems as part of the quality work.

The quality of the work is crucial for our customers, and therefore we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team where precision, accuracy, and responsibility are always at the forefront.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a welding certificate and at least three years of experience in the industry. You have a license for MIG/MAG and are accustomed to working both independently and in a team. We believe you thrive in an environment where order, quality, and structure are essential – and where digital documentation is a natural part of everyday life.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with pressure vessels or refrigeration machines
• Experience with TIG welding
• Forklift or overhead crane license.

As a person, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and eager to contribute to developing both processes and results together with your colleagues.
