We are looking for staff for home cleaning

We are currently seeking new colleagues for our team in Lund, with placements in Lund and the surrounding areas of Lomma, Bjärred & Kävlinge. We call ourselves Service Assistants, as our mission is to help our customers keep their homes clean and tidy, so they can have more time for other activities. As a Service Assistant, you play an important role, both in our team and for our customers. You work independently at customers' homes providing cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. You work both with companies and in private homes, always with the same attention to detail and the little extra that shows you are a professional with commitment and pride in your work.

As a service assistant, you will work in private homes and with companies to:

• Vacuum and dust
• Mop floors and clean surfaces
• Perform move-out cleaning
• Add a special touch and give the customer that little extra

… who has a strong sense of quality and a drive to make the customer happy and satisfied. Being punctual and meticulous is a given for you. You are engaged and positive, and like us, you believe that cleaning is a craft best performed by professionals. You enjoy working independently but are also a team player as you sometimes work together with others in the team.

To fit into this role with us, we want you to…

• Understand and speak basic Swedish or English
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car
• Be able to work flexible hours between 06:00 and 18:00
• Have previously worked in home cleaning or similar services.

Location: Lund and surrounding areas (including Lomma, Bjärred & Kävlinge)

Employment:50-85% with a 6-month probationary period

Start date:Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis
