About the company
Enskede Bilexpress AB was founded in 1962 and has since delivered transport and logistics solutions to customers in Stockholm and Mälardalen. Since 2018, we reach all of Sweden through our domestic network OnRoad. We have a tradition of being reliable, transparent, and always at the forefront. Our assignments are varied and include both line traffic and local distribution of cargo to wholesalers and stores. We have our own terminal in Slagsta that is staffed almost around the clock.
We are now looking for a structured and solution-oriented traffic manager to join our dedicated team. You will have a central role with great responsibility and become part of a safe and stable workplace with collective agreements, connections to Fair Transport, and low staff turnover.
As a traffic manager, you will among other things
- Plan and optimize daily transports both within distribution and long-distance traffic.
- Coordinate drivers and vehicles efficiently.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers and partners.
- Handle deviations and quickly find solutions in case of disruptions.
- Work in transport management systems and follow up on KPIs and delivery quality.
- On-call duty every other week.
Desired profile
- You have experience in traffic management, logistics, or transport planning.
- You are resilient, solution-focused, and thrive in a coordinating role.
- You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, as well as good computer skills, preferably with experience in the transport management system Opter.
We are looking for someone who:
Is structured and has the ability to stay one step ahead, as the job requires you to see the big picture and plan for both short-term and long-term needs.
Is solution-oriented and resilient, as unforeseen situations must be handled quickly to maintain high delivery quality.
Is communicative and attentive, as you have a central role between customers, drivers, and partners.
It is an advantage if you
- Have YKB, CE driver's license, or forklift license.
- Have education in logistics or similar.

Working hours: Full-time, daytime, some on-call duty
