Do you have experience in home cleaning or facility management and want to create comfort and order for others? Then you might be the one we are looking for! With us, you will have a varied and independent job in private homes, from recurring cleaning to move-out cleaning and window washing.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

The tasks vary but may include:

  • Home Cleaning – regular cleaning in private homes.
  • Move-Out Cleaning – thorough cleaning of the entire residence before moving in/out.
  • Window Washing – cleaning windows in various types of homes.
  • Shopping – assisting customers with minor errands, such as shopping.
  • Social Interaction – being a positive and reassuring presence in the customer's daily life.
Who are you?

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Driver's License B – you drive safely and are accustomed to navigating in traffic environments.
  • Fluent Swedish – you master Swedish fluently in speech and writing, are attentive, and easily build trust in social contexts among both customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in Cleaning/Facility Management – you have previously worked with similar tasks.
  • Digital Skills - you have good digital skills and work effortlessly with mobile phones and apps.
  • Training as a Facility Manager – highly meritorious.
  • Professional and Flexible – you have a professional attitude, good collaboration skills, and thrive in a daily routine where no day is the same. You are flexible, meticulous, and take responsibility in your work.
  • Independent and Stress-Resistant with an Eye for Detail – you work independently, remain calm even in intense periods, and have an eye for both details in the home and a good demeanor.

Working Hours and Periods

Working Days: Monday – Friday.

Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00. The position includes a fixed daily schedule.

Workplace: You will be based at one of our offices in central Täby or Täby Kyrkby, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute. The work takes place within Täby municipality, Vallentuna municipality, and Österåker municipality, so it is important that you have good local knowledge or experience traveling with public transport.
