As a Team Leader for Home Cleaning, you play an important role in both working practically with our customers and at the same time supporting, guiding, and inspiring your colleagues.

Together with service staff, other team leaders, and office staff in Täby, you create the best possible service for our customers in northern Stockholm. The collaboration is close, the atmosphere is open, and we help each other to succeed together.

Your main responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you have a central function. You are a link between management, employees, and customers – and a role model in everyday life. In this role, you combine operational work (50%) with leadership and administrative tasks (50%).

Operational work (approx. 50%):
  • You work regularly as a service staff member (cleaning) at our customers' locations. This gives you a good understanding of the team's daily operations and allows you to support where it is needed most.
  • You become a safe and present face for both customers and colleagues.

Team Leadership and Administration (approx. 50%):
  • You introduce, train, and coach new and existing employees.
  • You are responsible for staffing, planning, and scheduling assignments.
  • You follow up on quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that routines are followed.
  • You handle ongoing administration and certain tasks directly from the office in Täby.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in a company where people, service, and quality are at the center. You enjoy taking responsibility, have a coaching approach, and like to work both independently and in a team. We hope you meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning/service work
  • Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to train, coach, and inspire others
  • Good administrative skills
  • B driver's license – you will travel between different customers in the northern area
  • A structured, solution-focused, and unpretentious working style

Employment and Work Periods

Scope: 100% Work Distribution: approx. 50% operational (cleaning) and approx. 50% administration/leadership. Working Hours: Weekdays during the day, some weekend work may occur. Workplace: Your workplace is in the municipalities where we operate in the northern area, but you will start from our office in central Täby. Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period Start: By agreement – interviews are conducted continuously

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that provides home care services in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. At the office, we have administrative staff who plan employees and customers in several different geographical areas.
