ABOUT THE POSITION
MaserFrakt in Gävle is now looking for several terminal workers who primarily want to work nights, but morning and afternoon shifts may also occur. Currently, there are about 17 terminal workers at MaserFrakt in Gävle, and we now want to welcome more employees to support the team. You will be introduced by shadowing a colleague during your training before you are expected to work independently with colleagues nearby. You will be welcomed into a family-like and open environment where the work is based on teamwork among the employees in the department. To succeed in the role, you need to thrive under clear deadlines and expectations while contributing a good mood to the group.
The assignment is primarily at night (22:00-06:00) but morning shifts (10:00-18:00) and afternoon shifts (14:00-22:00) may also occur. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to work more during the summer. We want you to be able to work at least 2 shifts/week during the semesters.
For this assignment, a criminal record extract is also required as part of the recruitment process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job tasks
- Contact with drivers who will drive and load goods
- Sorting goods and unloading at the terminal doors
- Sorting of refrigerated, frozen, and grocery items
- Arrival control of deliveries as well as empty goods and returns
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a post-secondary level at least 50% and has at least 1 year left of your studies, proof of registration must be provided
- Has a forklift license A
- Speaks Swedish and English as the tasks require
- Can work 22:00-06:00 at least 2 days/week
As there may be heavier lifting involved in the job, it is important that you have good physical condition and are not afraid to put in the effort.
It is an advantage if you have
- Forklift license B1
- Experience from a similar role or tasks
