Sales Representative – Swedal Fastighet Service AB (Full-time)

At Swedal Fastighet Service AB, we are growing and are now looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sales Representative who wants to help develop our customer relationships and create new business opportunities.

About the position

As a sales representative with us, you will be an important part of the company's growth. You will be responsible for building relationships, contacting potential customers, and presenting our services in property management and cleaning.

Your responsibilities:

• Prospect and contact new customers
• Present and sell the company's services
• Create and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Participate in bids and quotation work
• Collaborate closely with management and other colleagues

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the service sector or property/cleaning
• Good communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written), English is a plus
• Driver's license (B) is required
• High energy, independence, and a strong desire to achieve results
• The ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships
