About Surflogiet:

Right by the beach on the western side of Gotland, in the shade of the hundred-year-old pine trees, lies Surflogiet. A small paradise rooted in surf culture, with a big heart for the lifestyle and how we take care of the earth we live on.

The operation consists of 30 beds spread across 11 tents. An event tent for groups and conferences, a restaurant/bar, a café/reception, a kitchen, and an activities department.

About the Position:

As an activity host at Surflogiet, you will be responsible for our water activities and equipment. We have surfboards, SUP boards, and kayaks.

You will conduct activities for children aged 6-15 as well as adults, in small and large groups.

You are an experienced instructor and a skilled surfer and SUP-er. Your role offers some freedom but requires structure and organization from your side.

You are an enthusiastic and cheerful individual, confident in yourself and your knowledge.

You are creative and flexible, understanding that the weather and the group set the conditions.

You meet people where they are. You are good with children and see and acknowledge them.
