Housing is the most important and expensive investment we make as individuals. Properties are also the world's largest asset class. Nabo makes it easy to engage with your home even if you are not an economist, lawyer, or property engineer. Every day, we simplify things for housing cooperative boards, property owners, and residents so they have more time for other things.
Nabo is on a journey to shape the future of property management and housing services. We see an industry that has long lacked new, smart, and digital solutions – and we are leading that change. Do you want to join us on this journey?
Nabo is the only player in the industry that has developed its own platform for property management. It automates routine work and simplifies everyday life for both customers and our own management experts. To shape the future of property management and housing services, we need to lead the development.
At Nabo, we want to be brave and engaged. We work towards clear goals and drive our own development with the support of committed leaders. In addition to personal development, we hope that our days together consist of high enjoyment and many laughs. Our goal is for the time at Nabo to be the highlight of our employees' careers.
About the positionWe are now looking for an experienced property technician to join our team in Norrort!
As a Property Technician at Nabo, you play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance of the property. You assist your customers with issues related to property management and technical installation, which means you are responsible for delivering services according to customer agreements or acting on corrective maintenance. In this role, you spend a lot of time out in our customers' properties and therefore you are often the first person to notice faults and improvement measures. At Nabo, we work in customer teams, which means you will have several internal collaborations related to your customers. We therefore see that you are a service-oriented person who is driven to contribute to the overall delivery and develop customer collaborations. You will have the opportunity to independently plan your workdays together with your customers and will therefore have access to your own service vehicle.
Your background- 3+ years of experience working with property management, preferably within condominium management.
- Good experience working with customer relations
- Experience working with technical installations within properties
- Good computer skills
- Driver's license (B)
