About the Company

We are a transport company focused on asphalt and have been operating since 2011. Today, we are one of the larger suppliers of asphalt vehicles in Stockholm/Mälardalen. With six own vehicles and about 50 units through our partners, we deliver high quality and service daily. Our headquarters is located in Järna, where we have been in new premises for the past two years with access to both a gym and a sauna.

Job Responsibilities

As a transport coordinator, you are the spider in the web between customers, drivers, and partners. You are responsible for the entire process – from order placement to order completion – ensuring that planning is as efficient and beneficial as possible for both the customer and the business. The role requires close dialogue with both drivers and customers, where your ability to stay one step ahead is crucial.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in the transport industry, preferably with a focus on asphalt transportation. You are solution-oriented, structured, and flexible with a good ability to handle changes. Providing excellent service and finding the best possible solutions for our customers is a given for you. You are comfortable using a computer and phone as your main working tools.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in traffic management

• Experience with similar runs and insight into the industry

• Driving license B

• Good computer skills

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Detail-oriented, service-minded, and cooperative

Meritorious:

• Driving license C/CE

• Previous experience in asphalt transportation

About the Employment

• Scope: Full-time, Mon-Fri (seasonal variations may occur)

• On-call: Weekends may occur

• Duration: Permanent

• Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
