We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the person we need for our team. We are now looking for salespeople for our store in Täby Centrum. The position is initially a part-time temporary position (8 hours/week) with the possibility of more hours/week during the spring and summer. It would be great if you want to help us develop Rusta together!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cash handling and customer service to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cash handling, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to keep order and tidiness.

Your profile

Above all, you are an energetic person who enjoys a fast pace and wants to develop in your role as a salesperson with us at Rusta. We also hope that you are available for work when needs arise in the store. Straightforward communication, an open environment, and a cheerful demeanor are a given for you. You have a strong sense of service and find it easy to collaborate. As a salesperson at Rusta, the right attitude and mindset are the most important.
