The Assignment

We are looking for a machine operator for our client in Kumla, who operates in the printing industry. As a machine operator, you will work with printing presses or die-cutting machines, responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the presses. You are a solution-oriented person who ensures that both quality requirements and efficiency are met.

Examples of job duties

• Prepare, set up, and operate offset printing presses
• Refill materials
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance
• Follow up on routines for quality, environment, and hygiene
• Reporting deviations
• Improvement work

The work is scheduled in 3 shifts, which means you need to be flexible for day, evening, and night shifts.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with a technical interest and experience as a machine operator; a background in graphic design and experience as a printer is highly meritorious. You are a practical and solution-oriented person who always strives for high quality. You have a strong work ethic and contribute positively to the team through your engagement and sense of responsibility. Good Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement. Previous experience as an offset printer is a plus, but we place the most emphasis on the right attitude and willingness to learn.
