As a Deli Salesperson at Coop, your most important task is to exceed every customer's expectations through your personal approach. Here, you will take significant responsibility for making decisions that ensure every customer leaves the store with a smile on their face.

In every Coop store, we work as a team, and it is through openness, teamwork, and creativity that we succeed. Your workplace includes the entire store, and your tasks may vary as you and your store develop.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating the best customer experience in the store with a personal approach, food joy, and inspiration
• Participating in relevant parts of daily store operations
• Contributing to a culture where we care for each other and achieve results through collaboration
• Actively working with sustainable choices in the store

We are open when our customers want to shop, so working hours may vary – day, evening & weekend.

The position is a part-time temporary position of 16 hours per week. Start date according to agreement. The temporary position extends until 31/12-2025.

It is advantageous if you have experience and skills in retail sales and/or service professions. It is also beneficial if you have previous experience working in fish and deli counters. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are also advantageous.
