The Swedish Tourist Association operates eight mountain stations.

We are now looking for dedicated employees who enjoy sharing themselves and always deliver world-class guest service.

We are seeking cooks/kitchen assistants for baking services.

Working at a mountain station is never the same day twice. As a baker, you will be an important part of ensuring that every guest has a memorable overall experience at the mountain station. With us, you will take on significant responsibility for incorporating the guest's experience.

In the bakery, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bread maintains a high and consistent quality. Your ambition should be to deliver that "little extra" and preferably exceed the guest's expectations. You are part of the kitchen team where everyone shares a common responsibility for making the entire meal and visit to the restaurant an experience.

Life at a mountain station is varied, exciting, and educational, just like a day in the mountains can be. As part of the mountain station, you will work in a close-knit team that only sees opportunities. In the group, we support each other and help out in other areas of the mountain station if needed. What do the tasks as a baker entail?

• Bake bread and rolls for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Prepare and cook breakfast, desserts, and pastries
• Implement and maintain HACCP routines in daily work
• Assist with inventory and planning of purchases
• Support the kitchen and mountain station in other tasks

Who are you?

• You have an interest in baking and are quick to learn
• You enjoy creating and have a good sense of taste, color, and form
• You appreciate order and cleanliness
• You enjoy challenges that require quick solutions
• You take significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Information about the position

• Seasonal employment with different start and end dates depending on the facility
• Between 80 and 100%
• Working hours follow the opening hours of the operations and are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening
• Salary according to the collective agreement Visita/HRF, Tourist Supplement
• Meal deductions according to the collective agreement

Our mountain facilities have different opening hours, the dates listed below represent a full season. We prioritize applicants who can work the entire season, but we also seek employees for both longer and shorter employment as well as after the regular season.
