We are looking for team players who are used to working hard and want to work with their bodies. A background in sports is a big plus, as an interest in training and health is important for this job!

We are primarily looking for you who are a Certified Massage Therapist and want to develop within our concept.

For those of you who do not yet have training but dream of becoming a massage therapist, we can offer training to become a certified massage therapist. 

The positions are 75% and include daytime, evening, and every other or every third weekend in a rolling schedule. We are also looking for those who are studying and want extra work every other weekend or some evenings during the week. Many of our employees have studied to become massage therapists, health educators, health promotion specialists, personal trainers, or similar, and we see this as a great advantage as you will benefit greatly from your knowledge in your role with us.

Employment Type/Salary Conditions

We have serious agreements with a 6-6.5 hour workday (our positions are 126 hours/month) with a fixed monthly salary and a bonus component that provides increased motivation and additional benefits. We also offer vacation pay, OB, sick pay, and follow LAS. The starting salary is set based on age, experience, and education.

Experience

No experience as a massage therapist is required, but experience in service or sports is a plus. The most important factors are personality and suitability for the position and other work experiences. 

Duration

The position is expected to start after agreement.  Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

The Flex Concept

(https://flexmassage.se/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/image1-1-e1480451634850.jpg)We work with a concept that you will receive training in, making it easier for you as a massage therapist to work sustainably and gently with deep tissue massage. We also provide paid training through FLEX-ACADEMY so that you feel secure in the concept before starting your employment. The training will deepen your knowledge of massage with new techniques, connective tissue massage, pregnancy massage, as well as our technical systems such as booking systems, intranet, and cash handling. All clinics are open every day of the week. We also visit about 30 corporate clients on-site. We are expanding and will increase our business with more corporate clients and clinics in the future, so do not hesitate to send your application to Gothenburg's largest yet personal massage chain.
