Your Role

This is a role for you who thrive in a dynamic environment where you need to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously. There is a lot to learn, and our onboarding spans several months. However, you will receive continuous training and development through "learning by doing," and with us, you can build solid expertise in tiles, bathrooms, and interior design.

Main Responsibilities

As a Salesperson/Interior Advisor with us, you will have a comprehensive and varied role where you guide customers through the entire purchasing process. You will:

• Be the face of the store and greet customers on the floor.
• Hold scheduled customer meetings both digitally and in person.
• Conduct needs analyses and guide customers in choosing tiles, ceramics, and bathroom furnishings.
• Create bathroom drawings together with customers.
• Sell products from our wide range.
• Perform administrative tasks such as quote and order management, customer contacts via email and phone, and plan deliveries.
• Help keep the store inspiring and well-stocked with products and interior details.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in retail or sales of any kind. Experience in interior design or the construction industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and it is a plus if you are used to working weekends and varying hours.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is fearless and curious, with a natural drive and desire to develop. You are a social person who easily connects with customers and builds trust. With a structured and adaptable approach, you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize correctly. You are a clear communicator who is flexible and thrives in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to the customer's needs. Additionally, you have an optimistic outlook and a results-oriented attitude.
