Service Advisor Wanted!

Aura Personal is currently seeking a service advisor on behalf of a client. Are you a natural problem solver who is passionate about creating a positive customer experience? Your Responsibilities

As a service advisor, you will be the link between the customer and the workshop. The role includes:

• Daily contact with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assistance with technical questions and bookings for service, car care, and repairs
• Preparation of cost estimates and handling of invoices
• Active work to create a safe and smooth experience for customers
• Contributing to the development of routines and processes to maximize customer satisfaction

You will receive ongoing training and development in your role to stay updated and provide first-class service.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a few years of experience as a service advisor or in a similar role with daily customer contacts
• Is technically skilled and has an easy time learning new systems and digital tools
• Is service-oriented with a strong interest in sales and customer experience
• Holds a valid driver's license (B) and possesses good administrative skills

Experience with systems such as Cabas, Automaster, and Tactics is a plus.
