ISS has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry with several sites in Sweden. For our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in Hallsberg, we are now looking for Service Employees in cleaning and office services. About the role

We are looking for Service Employees with a shared important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Your task will be to create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work in various environments, and we place great emphasis on your personal and unpretentious commitment as well as your ability to resolve arising situations. In the role of service employee, the primary task is cleaning, which includes process and production cleaning in industrial premises as well as cleaning of offices, conference rooms, and hygiene areas. Waste management may also occur. In addition to cleaning, the role involves a variety of service tasks - handling furniture and office supplies, mail and packages, conference services, plant care, refilling water/coffee machines, and more.

We are looking for two Service Employees. We offer a permanent full-time position with an initial six-month probationary period, as well as a temporary part-time position. Work is performed Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00.

This means you should have a high level of service and find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in groups.

We prefer that you have experience in the service profession and/or industry experience. It is important that you are proficient in the Swedish language.
