MEMUHEM AB works with cleaning in private homes and offices. We started in March 2020, but have about 15 years of experience in the industry.

Our business idea is to make everyday life easier for individuals and companies.

We continuously gain new customers and are looking for an operational supervisor to start in the winter/spring.

Initially, this means that the majority of your working hours will be spent cleaning at our customers' locations, with a smaller portion dedicated to planning/management/administration. Over time, we will add tasks such as advertising, candidate selection and interviews, scheduling, employee training, onboarding new staff, maintaining contact with existing customers, prospecting for new clients, customer visits, writing quotes, etc., depending on your background. The expectation is that after 12-24 months, a smaller portion of the work will be done at customer sites and more will shift to administration. At this point, you should feel comfortable taking full responsibility for our cleaning operations.

Your background

You may have worked a few years in the industry and want to take the next step in your career, ready to take on more responsibility, or you might be coming from a completely different field with a background that fits. It is important that you can work independently and drive the process forward. You will have supportive owners with high availability to assist you.

The position is initially part-time at 50-70% (negotiable), but will be expanded over time. The role may be suitable to combine with other part-time work or your own business.

If you have access to a car for work-related travel, it is helpful but not a requirement. A 6-month probationary period applies. Please indicate your salary expectations. Submit your application promptly, as interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
