We are now looking for individuals who want to start as trainees or in a career transition within electronics production/technology with the aim of working in the electronics industry or defense industry.

You do not need a technical background although it can be beneficial. You primarily need to be handy and have a willingness and commitment to learn.

We are also looking for individuals with several years of experience in the workforce who feel it's time for something new, and that's where our career transition training comes in.

Working in electronics production means working with good and helpful colleagues and great managers. Production roles in today's environment are diverse. The products you help manufacture are often world-leading and of the highest quality.

Oplana has extensive training resources that will fully prepare you for your role.

Oplana is also approved by FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration) as a training facility for soft soldering.
