We offer tailored solutions for business trips, group travel, congresses, large meetings, and events. Whether it's a simple business trip, a large international meeting, or a creative and complex event, we provide personalized and high-quality service tailored to the customer's needs. We have offices in Västerås and Stockholm.

We are now looking for you who enjoy working personally and in a small team in Västerås or Stockholm! You will book business trips with flights, hotels, and transportation. You will issue tickets, make rewrites, and invoice, i.e., handle the entire process from A to Z. Inquiries are handled both by phone and email.

We require that you have at least 3 years of experience in business travel with Amadeus and Linkonline as your daily tools. It is highly advantageous if you are proficient in Antares as well as other booking systems. The position also requires that you have very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Having a TRAC certification is a merit.

Full-time permanent position, office hours 8-17 on weekdays. A 6-month probationary period applies.

You have the option to choose to work at either our Västerås or Stockholm office. Both are centrally located.
