We are now looking for an assistant for a girl who has just been granted personal assistance. She is 14 years old and lives at home with her family in Marieholm. The girl has an intellectual disability and autism, and she is in constant need of supervision and support. We are looking for someone who wants to work only every other weekend.

You need to be calm and secure as a person, have a pedagogical mindset, and have the ability to motivate when needed. Your work will consist of helping her with her daily living, motivating her to engage in activities, developing the educational work, and supporting her with personal hygiene. The working hours are scheduled for every other weekend, and the times are flexible. Working in a home with several people living together requires you to be adaptable and to step back when necessary.

• You need to be able to speak, write, understand, and read Swedish fluently.
• You need to have technical knowledge about video games, VR headsets, computers, etc.
• There is a rabbit in the home.
• You need to have a driver's license for your work.
• You need to be completely smoke-free.
