In your role as Project Manager at Syntronic, you will lead one or more customer projects where Syntronic has total responsibility for requirements management, system design, integration, verification, production startup, and ramp-up.

As a Project Manager in product development with us, you will:

• Be responsible for one or more development projects in the product program, from project initiation to completion, delivering high-quality products on schedule
• Lead projects with responsibility for system design, integration, verification, and production
• Plan projects, track progress, manage risks and requirement changes, and allocate resources
• Ensure coordination and deliveries between sub-projects
• Be responsible for securing technology choices, quality, delivery, and budget
• Report status to relevant steering groups and stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status, risks, and relevant project costs for business decisions.

To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you must have a strong ability to manage project stakeholders in a complex organization to gain support in prioritizing and supporting the project team in achieving set goals.

We are looking for a Project Manager in product development who:

• Has a post-secondary education with a technical focus
• Has work experience as a Project Manager in project management
• Has experience in hardware product development
• Has a strong ability to lead and motivate people
• Has great drive, a flexible working style, and the ability to prioritize and achieve results
• Fluently speaks and writes both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience in software development as a Project Manager.

Being a team is our strength, and therefore we prefer that you work on-site at one of our offices on days when you are not needed at one of our clients!
