As an occupational therapist, you will be based in Lomma and work alongside rehabilitation staff and nurses. You will work in close proximity to Lund and Malmö.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you curious about working as an occupational therapist or physiotherapist in the municipality?

We in Lomma Municipality offer you a stimulating and varied job. You will work with a team of occupational therapists and physiotherapists who collaborate across boundaries when needs arise. As a rehabilitation assistant, you will help where needed and will therefore be able to see many aspects of the municipality's work, such as home healthcare, special housing, and functional support.

Your duties will include working under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist and physiotherapist. This includes assisting with the prescription and testing of technical aids, performing training in areas such as P-ADL and transfers. Licensed staff will handle all assessments and will be available for supervision. Laundry and administration of aids may occur.

You will be based and share an office with rehabilitation colleagues in Lomma.

The working hours are Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone studying to become either an occupational therapist or physiotherapist.

To function well, we prefer that you have completed at least four semesters, but more is meritorious.

To thrive with us, you need to be solution-focused, structured, and meticulous in your work. It is important that you can work independently as well as collaborate with others. You have a good ability to plan and prioritize, while keeping quality and patient safety in focus. We see that you are interested in development issues and have good computer skills. A valid driver's license is required. We also cycle a lot to get between patients.
