Do you have experience working with clients in need of support? We are now looking for summer substitutes who want to take the next step in their career and make a difference in young people's lives.
About the organization
Patia Special Solutions operates based on the concept of one-to-one treatment. This means that the placed youth lives in their own accommodation with staff available around the clock. The placed individual thus has their own staff group, and there are no other individuals placed in the same premises. The facilities are well adapted for the purpose. The premises are spacious and consist of apartments of about 80 square meters with a private room for the placed individual, staff office, and on-call room for staff, communal areas for the placed individual and staff, as well as a kitchen and two bathrooms.
The organization primarily targets children and young people aged 12-21 who have difficulties managing their daily lives and exhibit acting out behavior, aggressive behavior, and/or other deviant behavior, and thus have difficulties functioning in a group. The goal of the organization is for the placed individual to be able to return to a less staff-intensive setting, such as a foster home, supported housing, or collective HVB, after completing their placement at Patia Special Solutions.
The organization is located in Flemingsberg.
About the position We are now looking for summer substitutes for our organization during the period of weeks 24-33. The employment rate varies between approximately 80-90%. The position involves work during both daytime, evenings, and weekends with on-call duty.
As a treatment pedagogue, you will play an important role in our work to support and help clients achieve a better and more stable life situation. You will work closely with our clients and other stakeholders to create an individual and sustainable treatment plan.
Your responsibilities
In your role as a substitute treatment pedagogue, you will, during the absence of regular staff on vacation, together with your work group, be responsible for the support and treatment work for a young person. Your work includes, among other things:
- Conducting motivational conversations and offering support in contacts with authorities.

To succeed in this role, you should be flexible and have an engaged attitude, which allows you to handle various situations and challenges in the work professionally. Your drive and passion for contributing to individuals' development and well-being are crucial for creating long-term changes in their lives.
With a strong interest in social work, behavior change, and supporting people in difficult life situations, you will play an important role in promoting clients' health and well-being.
