Professionals Nord is now launching our successful Automation School for the fifth time

During the training, you will have a unique opportunity to quickly develop in mechatronics, electrical engineering, control systems, and programming. After graduation, you will be employed by us and work as a consultant for Enerco during the first 18 months, with the goal of a long-term employment.

Information about the program:

Through PN Automation School, you have the opportunity to train in automation technology in just 12 weeks – completely free of charge! The training is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical moments to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the training, you will develop in areas such as mechatronics, electrical engineering, control systems, and programming.

You will undergo a free intensive training course for 12 weeks, during which you will also receive a monthly training allowance (equivalent to CSN) during the study period, to give you the opportunity for a rocket start to your new career as an automation technician!

Timeline:

• Kick-off event: May 22
• Pre-studies: May 26 – June 20
• Training period: June 23 – September 26, 2025
• Self-study remotely: July 21 – August 1, 2025
• First day at Enerco: September 29, 2025

The training program is a close collaboration between Professionals Nord and Enerco. After completing your degree, you will be employed by Professionals Nord and during the first 18 months, you will work as a consultant for Enerco. Provided that the collaboration has worked well, the goal and intention is continued employment with Enerco. Information about the position:

At Enerco, you will be part of a positive and experienced team that works together to deliver high-quality solutions to their clients. In the role of automation technician, you will play a central role in the work with installation, operation, and maintenance of automation systems. Your tasks will be varied, where you will both carry out improvement work, support with maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as optimize control and regulation solutions.

You will also work closely with clients, both to solve technical problems and to build long-term relationships. You have a proactive responsibility to ensure that production systems and processes function effectively, and to prevent downtime through preventive maintenance. At Enerco, you will have the opportunity to develop in several technical solutions and industries, which gives you broad experience and great development opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical interest
• Enjoys working both physically and in technical environments
• Is at least 18 years old.
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
• Has passed tests (MAP & Matrigma).
• If you have a workshop or electrical background, it is a plus.
