Main Objective:

We are looking for licensed leisure teachers/recreational pedagogues for our leisure center at Höjdenskolan. You should have the ability to meet and challenge students in their learning and development. Your ability to collaborate is good, and you adapt based on different circumstances. You see opportunities and can change your working methods according to the prevailing conditions.

Common Tasks:

Individually and together with your colleagues in the work team, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work based on students' individual needs and interests as well as the school's governing documents. Together with other school staff, you will collaborate to create a good learning environment and working environment for everyone.

Requirements for the Position:

Requirements: You must be able to present a teaching license. Before employment can occur, a criminal record extract must be presented. We apply ongoing recruitment. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Desirable/Advantageous: We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher with qualifications for teaching at the leisure center. You should have a positive view of students and their abilities and be clear in your leadership. You should have good knowledge regarding the school's governing documents. You have a good attitude towards students, guardians, and colleagues. Other subject qualifications are advantageous.

Other:

The job responsibilities include opening and closing the leisure center. Also, being a playground supervisor, working shifts during school hours, and providing resources in the classroom are part of the position.
