We are now looking for a Music Production Teacher for the Aesthetic Program

This is what we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable music production teacher for our aesthetic program at the high school level. Do you have a passion for music, technology, and pedagogy? Do you want to inspire young talents and prepare them for the future music industry? Then this could be the position for you!

As a music production teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in music creation, recording, mixing, and production. You have high technical and digital competence and master market-leading software in music production. It is also an advantage if you can teach instrument courses and/or ensemble playing.

We would like you to have experience in entrepreneurship within the music or cultural sector and can help students understand the professional reality of music production. Knowledge of stage technology and practice connected to reality is a big plus.

Furthermore, you easily build trust with students, value close collaboration with colleagues, and are receptive to others' knowledge, always striving to develop your teaching and have the ability to contribute your expertise to collegial learning.

The position is a fixed-term employment starting in August 2025. The place of employment is Uppsala. Recruitment is ongoing.
