We are looking for someone who, together with colleagues, wants to help shape the teaching of mathematics. We offer a newly renovated school environment and an engaged group of colleagues where we focus on how we can best shape teaching for our students.

Tibro municipality, with 11,000 inhabitants, is located in the northern part of Västra Götaland County. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work involves you, together with both the work team and subject colleagues, shaping teaching for students in grades 7-9. Together with other colleagues, you also create conditions for an accessible and flexible learning environment and teaching adapted to the needs of the affected students, where we start from the premise that the student is not, but becomes in a context.

You have a collaborative approach and enjoy working with other colleagues in the work and subject team. Together, we drive school development forward, learn from each other, and collaborate to ensure that all students achieve the best possible academic results!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified/certified teacher and has found success factors in your work to attract students to learning in your subject, preferably in an interdisciplinary approach.

• You have a pedagogical drive and a desire to further develop the operations together with others, viewing development and new ideas as positive challenges.
• You contribute to our students' development through interaction and dialogue with others.
• You are engaged, straightforward, and open, and possess clear leadership.
• You are well acquainted with our governing documents.
• You have a good ability to include students in need of support and are challenged by finding the extra adaptations that individuals may need to achieve the subject's knowledge goals.
• You have a good ability to create strong relationships with students and guardians.
