RESPONSIBILITIES

Källtorpskolan is organized based on the entire mission of compulsory school according to the curriculum's chapters one, two, and three, and systematically works with knowledge, values, and social assignments according to LGR 22. As a French teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching in your subjects based on the established curriculum, as well as planning in collaboration with other teachers in modern languages at the school to create equity.

The position includes being a mentor to a class together with a colleague, where you are responsible for implementing value-based and social work. You are responsible for assessing students' overall learning in teaching, value-based work, and social skills, as well as documenting the same. It is important that you follow up on students' results, analyze them, and take action to improve the results. Furthermore, you drive, together with other staff, an operation that helps children become secure, creative, and curious. At Källtorpskolan, you work with proactive, responsible, and collaborative colleagues, and there is engaged leadership at all levels, characterized by high expectations and great trust.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a teaching license and teaching qualifications to teach students in French. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a teacher in the relevant grades and subjects, preferably from a multicultural school.

You are engaged and flexible and can easily adapt to different situations. You can take initiative and are creative. You can work independently but are also collaborative, both with children and with parents and colleagues. It is important that you are attentive and have high social competence. You take responsibility for your part while seeing the whole in the operation and unit.

We have Smartboards/projectors in all classrooms and use digital tools and teaching materials in our operations, so we would like you to have IT competence.

You master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of other languages.

You have the ability to communicate clearly and positively and can create trust and good relationships, both internally and externally. You have leadership skills with pedagogical insight and the ability to motivate students.
