About us and our job opening
The Psychosis PTSD outpatient clinic is a well-functioning clinic where we focus on the patient, and where you as an employee become part of a multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to observe within inpatient care and in the emergency department, thus gaining insight into the psychiatric care chain. We offer a varied and content-rich position that allows you both depth and breadth. As a PTP psychologist, you will be assigned a supervisor and a mentor who will support you in your professional development.

The psychologist position in the psychosis team is primarily located in the TIP team (early intervention in psychosis) that works intensively with newly diagnosed young patients and their families. The work is conducted both at the clinic and in the patients' home environments, in close collaboration among different professional categories. As a PTP psychologist, you will also work with regular tasks as a PTP psychologist and as a staff member at a psychiatric outpatient clinic. This includes assessment and investigation work as well as conducting psychotherapy. You will also play an important role in the team psychiatric work at the clinic, contributing your psychological knowledge alongside other psychologists. You will also have the opportunity for clinic-wide additional psychological tasks.

You will be part of a cohesive local PTP program alongside the regional PTP program, with lectures and clinical seminars.

The position is a fixed-term employment for the period from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.

Your profile
You who apply have a completed degree in psychology or are expected to graduate by August 2025 and have a strong interest in working in adult psychiatry, particularly with patients who have psychotic disorders. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, good collaboration skills, and the ability to take responsibility, both for your own work and for the current clinic's work as a whole.
