Job Description

We are currently looking for a melting operator. If you are passionate about technology and sustainability, this could be the job for you.

As a melting furnace operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the melting process, where materials are transformed into product mass. You will use advanced process technology to ensure the right quality of the melt and collaborate with the production team for efficient production. Maintenance, troubleshooting, and working according to safety regulations are also part of your duties.

Shift work is required. Start immediately as agreed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a technically interested and meticulous person with experience in the process industry. You have an understanding of industrial processes and enjoy working with a focus on safety and quality. As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and have good teamwork skills. Experience with melting furnaces, process technology, or manufacturing insulation materials is an advantage. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working with data-driven systems and advanced equipment to monitor and optimize production.

We expect you to have completed your secondary education. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required, as well as a driver's license and forklift license A+B.
