We are looking for a Salesperson for the House Division

We are looking for a salesperson for the House Division, located in Kvicksund, Hallstahammar, or Stockholm.

Within the House Division, we sell, design, and produce prefabricated concrete elements for, among others, multi-family houses and community buildings. Here, we handle entire frameworks with facade walls, interior walls, balconies, and floor slabs, as well as the sale of individual products.

Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility

We offer a challenging job where you actively work with customer outreach and sales, as well as market monitoring and follow-up.

As a salesperson with us, you have many contacts both internally and externally. You are the first point of contact with the customer and work early in the project together with the client to develop the basis for bids.

Your role includes:

• Proposing effective framework solutions and, together with designers and project managers, finding opportunities for the client to, in collaboration with Precast Abetong, carry out efficient and successful projects. The offer should demonstrate added value for customers.
• Calculating bids, ensuring production capacity, and negotiating with the customer.
• After the deal is closed, handing over the project to a project manager for execution, but continuing to act as support for the project manager throughout the project.
• Being responsible for the company's good customer relationships, conducting customer activities, and ensuring follow-up with the customer after the project is completed.

Qualifications and Personality

• Theoretical knowledge regarding concrete frameworks and our customers' requirements.
• Basic ability to learn how to handle our internal systems.
• At least five years of experience in work related to the type of business that complete framework contracts entail.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and establish entry points in concrete projects.
• Ability to create framework solutions based on our concepts and given conditions.
• Ability to create professional bids based on a complete understanding of the request for proposal and other project requirements.
• A clear drive to achieve business closures.
• Ability and interest in good internal collaboration and prioritizing creating good conditions for the company's project execution in sales work.
• Ability to build long-term external relationships based on trust.
• Ability to represent the company independently in various contexts.
• A genuine interest in the general development of the construction industry and a desire to contribute to our development of new products and offerings.

The job includes travel, as many of our projects are located in the Stockholm area, so a B driver's license is a requirement.
