Job Description

As a traffic manager, you will play an important role alongside your colleagues in planning, coordinating, and ensuring that transports are delivered efficiently and smoothly with high quality. The focus as a traffic manager is on providing high service to customers and drivers and the ability to plan routes that benefit everyone.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide pricing and tailor transports according to customer needs.
• Plan, streamline, and optimize our transports while ensuring that our customers' bookings are picked up and delivered as agreed.
• Maintain an active and close contact with customers and carriers throughout the transport chain.
• Handle daily deviations and challenges that arise in operations.
• Support our Vehicle Manager with tasks such as damage management, repairs, etc.

We would like you to have good vehicle knowledge as the role also involves supporting our Vehicle Manager in their work, and it is very meritorious if you have a C/CE license.

To thrive and succeed in the role of traffic manager, you should have experience in the transport industry, such as previous work as a traffic manager, freight forwarder, order receiver, planner, or truck driver. You possess strong administrative skills and can communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, both in writing and verbally. You have good experience with IT and working in both the Office suite and business systems.
