In the role of production manager, you will be a key player who leads and motivates our employees towards common goals. You balance our customers' high demands and unique requests with efficiency and a healthy and developing work environment. Together with the local management team, you bear a clear responsibility for our production and success.

Your tasks include:

• Steering towards clearly defined goals within productivity, HRO, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, sustainability, and efficiency
• Planning, leading, and distributing work within the department
• Personnel responsibility
• Streamlining, optimizing, and developing your own and related processes
• Working with environmental, occupational health, and fire safety issues
• Personnel development, staffing, and psychosocial work environment
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing maintenance plans

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in and experience with personnel management and resource planning in a production environment
• Is passionate about independently leading, motivating, and developing a team
• Is analytical, responsible, and has a good understanding of systems
• Has experience in process optimization
• Is stimulated by teamwork and sees the group as a natural part of success
• Is comfortable using a computer and experience with MS Office, Jeeves, and CRM is highly meritorious
• Has good communication skills in Swedish
• Has high standards for order and tidiness in all aspects of your work
