Your main tasks

In your role, you will be subordinate to the site manager and have three subordinates. You will largely be in production, work with quality development, and support the business towards common goals. You set the standard, drive continuous improvements, and support us in achieving our set quality goals. You perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions that can make a real difference. The role also includes coordinating quality efforts, together with our customers and suppliers, to build long-term relationships. You contribute to ensuring that the quality and environmental management system is followed.

You are also the one who shares your knowledge and experience, coaches us in appropriate quality tools and methods. You will document and report quality results/improvement initiatives and be involved in the management team. You contribute to shaping our strategic decisions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has been active in goods-producing production and has a good understanding of production processes. You have worked practically with improvement processes and have a great interest in technology, quality, and sustainability issues in production and the environment.

You are practical, engaged, structured, and find alternatives to solving emerging problems. Your good communication skills allow you to lead, inspire, and engage while being meticulous and always aiming for improvements. With your proactive attitude, you take initiative and drive development forward. You consider both the whole and the details and create cooperation in our business. You master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. What you don't know about hydraulic cylinders, you will learn here!

You have some form of education from upper secondary school/post-secondary level in technology, quality, logistics, or equivalent work experience, as well as knowledge of quality tools and methods used in manufacturing industry. You are used to working in Excel. Experience with quality and environmental management systems is an advantage, and experience with Monitor is a merit.
