Kulturskolan Raketen is an independent, non-profit school located in Björkhagen. A total of 243 students attend from preschool to grade 9. The school has been established for about 30 years and is well integrated into the community. Our profile is "Culture, Environment, and Justice" and we operate under the motto "a child has many languages," which means we integrate aesthetic subjects with theoretical ones in what we call themes from preschool onwards.

The atmosphere at the school is calm, students are ambitious, and teachers are experienced.

We are now looking for a teacher for the after-school program/a leisure educator for the school year 25/26. The role is stationed in preschool where one teaches alongside a primary school teacher, who has the main responsibility for organizing the teaching. In preschool, there will be 25 students starting. In preschool, educators have access to two teaching rooms, and it is customary to split the group to conduct different parts of the teaching.

As a teacher in the after-school program, you will also be involved in the planning of the after-school program and be an active part of the ongoing development of both the after-school program and the entire lower school.

You who apply for the position should have good experience working in the early years of primary school, excellent collaboration skills, and solid knowledge of how to adapt teaching and methods for a varied student group.
