Do you live in Klippan or are you willing to work there? Do you have experience in Operations Administration? Do you also have previous experience as a team leader? Perhaps you have no previous leadership experience, but have experience in cleaning and a strong desire to develop? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Städpulsen is now seeking an operations administrator who can also work as a team leader.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in our happy team to deliver first-class cleaning services to our corporate clients! We offer a combined position where you will work with operations administration as well as a team leader role where you will be responsible for planning assignments and executing work with your team at one or more clients. The work is based in Klippan and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

A typical workday for a team leader includes driving for customer visits and quality checks. The job also involves planning the team's work cost-effectively, introducing staff, providing materials to employees, personnel planning, time reporting, receiving customer inquiries, actively supporting/cleaning, and project managing various one-off projects. The operations administrator role includes tasks such as ordering work clothes for staff, time reporting for personnel, and handling incoming orders from all our channels, e.g., email, operations.

Qualifications

We prefer that you:

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written
• Are driven and have an easy time with customer contact
• Are cooperative
• Can be available when needed.

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in a leadership position within cleaning
• Have worked administratively.
• Previous experience in cleaning, e.g., window cleaning, floor care, construction cleaning, etc.
• INSTA 800 certification

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in cleaning
• Driving license B
• Wear our work clothes daily while working

Conditions

• Need-based employment at 50-100%
• Working hours: varied hours Monday-Friday
