About the position

We are now looking for two licensed midwives/nurses who want to work in women's healthcare and in an engaged and development-oriented work environment. You will meet a wide range of patients and have the opportunity to work with both acute and planned interventions. We value collaboration, patient focus, and continuous development.

About us

We are a smaller unit with 8 care places, and our team consists of doctors, midwives, nurses, urotherapists, physiotherapists, social workers, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. You will become part of a suitably sized staff group with a good atmosphere and positive energy.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a licensed midwife or a licensed nurse with at least four months of experience. You should have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, easily change perspectives and approaches, and see opportunities in changes. Your way of working with others is characterized by attentiveness and flexibility; you are a good communicator who listens actively and resolves conflicts constructively. In your interactions, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating, with a strong commitment to helping others and a drive to deliver solutions. You take the initiative for new ideas and approaches to work-related issues and have innovative thinking that can be implemented in practice with a focus on results. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively while setting and adhering to deadlines.
