You will work within the framework of the service 'Step to Work', where you guide a group of participants through individual conversations, lectures, and group activities. The participants in the 'Step to Work' service are a diverse group of people who all need practical guidance and labor market knowledge to strengthen their opportunities for employment. • Scheduling and planning of activities and interventions
• Individual-based skills mapping
• Support in activity execution and at real workplaces  
• Conduct follow-ups at workplaces
• Hold lectures and conduct individual conversations
• Administration and documentation
• Collaboration and dialogue with the Employment Service

• Has at least 2 years of full-time higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine  
• Has 1 year of experience at least part-time in individual or group guidance/coaching of individuals with mental or physical health issues or disabilities within the last 3 years
• Has good communication skills in both spoken and written form
• Is responsible, relationship-building, and organized
• Has good knowledge of the labor market and local conditions
