Summer Job in Varberg – Female Personal Assistant, 50-75%

My name is Johan, I’m almost 60, I enjoy technology, music, and taking a ride in my mobility scooter (you can join me on an e-bike!). I have a CP injury and need help in my daily life. I am now looking for a female personal assistant for a summer position of 50–70% – who would also like to continue as an hourly substitute.

The Job?

Help out at home with personal hygiene, join me on outings, and sometimes assist with paperwork.

You Need

• To have a driver’s license – so you can drive my car when we go out
• To speak good Swedish, so there are no misunderstandings between us
• To be smoke-free – as this is a smoke-free workplace.

Do you know about traditional Swedish food and like animals? Then that’s a plus!

The cooperative has roots in the Independent Living movement, which is based on the principle that those with disabilities know best how they want to live their lives. Typically, the person receiving assistance is the closest supervisor of the assistants, or a person with special knowledge about the individual is appointed.
