About the role

Nabo's property service is growing in Malmö, and we are now looking for an experienced Property Technician. We are looking for someone with a strong drive and motivation to develop within the industry and share their knowledge with the team. For this role, we place great importance on your personal qualities. We believe you have previous experience as a property technician and/or service technician or similar roles. You have a good business sense and find it easy to build customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to plan your work independently. We see you as a service-oriented person who is driven to contribute to the overall delivery and develop customer collaborations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with other property technicians and managers to ensure high-quality delivery to our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Planning, rounds, and performing maintenance service, troubleshooting, and new installations. As well as reporting issues to Property Managers or a Maintenance/Service Technician.
• Handling reports from apartment owners and documenting in the substation and fan room.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for this role.

Your previous experiences

• Previous experience in roles such as property technician, service technician, or a background where you have worked broadly within plumbing, electrical work, or similar.
• Previous experience working in roles with significant customer contact.
• Familiarity with documenting your work digitally.
• Experience working with residential properties.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in roles such as property caretaker/property technician in a housing association or other types of property management.
• Experience in plumbing, ventilation, or electrical work.
