About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and operational team leader who thrives in a production environment and has a natural leadership ability. In this role, you will actively work in production while being responsible for providing feedback and following up with our consultants on-site.

We are seeking a production team leader for one of our clients in Bålsta. You will work in production yourself but also be responsible for the feedback and follow-up of our consultants on-site. Please note that this is for the night shift: 22:45-6:45.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively work in production
• Coach and support employees to achieve set goals
• Clear and ongoing communication with employees to create engagement and job satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who currently works as a team leader or equivalent, with experience in being operational and present in production. It is important for us that you have a natural leadership style that makes following up and motivating consultants a natural part of your daily work, rather than a task that feels heavy or time-consuming.

Experience in monitoring productivity and a good understanding of logistics is required.
