We are a renowned Chinese restaurant serving authentic dishes prepared according to traditional recipes. Our menu is inspired by classic Chinese culinary culture, and we prioritize quality and flavor. We are now looking for a dedicated kitchen assistant who has good knowledge of Chinese cooking and wants to develop together with our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a kitchen assistant, you will work closely with our chefs and assist in the daily kitchen operations. Your tasks include:

• Preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces
• Assisting chefs with cooking
• Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen equipment
• Ensuring hygiene and order are maintained in the kitchen
• Basic cooking as needed, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen is required
• Experience in Chinese cooking is highly desirable
• You are willing to work hard, detail-oriented, and able to handle stress
• You enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude
• Knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus, but not a requirement

Skills

• Handling of ingredients and basic kitchen techniques
• Familiarity with Chinese food products and dishes
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
• Ability to collaborate
• Service-oriented and flexible

Employment Type

Full-time or part-time as agreed. Temporary or permanent. Evenings and weekends may occur.
