OK Västerbotten is a local association that facilitates movement for people and works for a sustainable and vibrant region. We are owned by our members from Västerbotten and operate on a democratic basis. Currently, we have over 90,000 members and manage 34 fuel stations throughout Västerbotten, of which 21 are staffed. All stations operate under the brand OKQ8. We are a local, innovative, and sustainable alternative – for you and us, for society and the environment. Are you ready to run an OKQ8 station? We are now looking for an engaged Sales Manager for OKQ8 Norsjö.

About the Role

As a sales manager, you are part of OK Västerbotten and contribute to developing the association and the station in accordance with overarching goals and strategies. You are responsible for ensuring that the station is sales-oriented, profitable, and has satisfied customers. You ensure that we work fully according to our SMART concept, fulfill our commitments as a retailer for OKQ8, and adopt the working methods we collectively decide on within OK Västerbotten. You take responsibility for creating a sales culture with a clear sales focus by motivating and coaching your employees. The role involves full responsibility for station operations, personnel management, as well as budget and financial results. You are part of a leadership team consisting of the management group and sales managers and actively contribute to creating good relationships both internally and externally.

To succeed as a sales manager, you need to enjoy change, sales, and leadership. A basic requirement is that you have sales and leadership experience that has given you an understanding of what drives sales and profitability. To get the team at the station on board, it is important that you can create trust by being clear and credible. You enjoy working on improvements and take initiatives that benefit the business. You appreciate structure, are delivery-focused, and understand your role in the whole. You are comfortable with the digitalization that affects our development moving forward. A driver's license is a requirement.

This position is a permanent employment of 40 hours per week. The station is open weekdays from 06:30 AM to 09:00 PM and weekends from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
