JOB DESCRIPTION

Götene Kyltransporter AB has a modern and well-maintained fleet. A large part of the business consists of line traffic, where goods are loaded and unloaded at transshipment centers before they take responsibility for local distribution. They mainly operate in Småland, Västergötland, Skåne, Östergötland, and Mälardalen. The job is suitable for those looking for a seasonal position over the summer period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

It is advantageous to have previous experience driving trucks with trailers and also experience backing with trailers. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and securing goods, driving forklifts, and transporting refrigerated and frozen goods.

WORKING HOURS

The work is scheduled Monday to Sunday, with working hours varying during both day and night, and a typical shift lasts 8-12 hours. Some overnight stays and weekend work may occur.

REQUIREMENTS

• CE license and valid YKB
• Digital driver's card
• Forklift license A+B1
• Good physical condition
• Good language skills in Swedish or English (written and verbal)
• Experience backing with trailers

PREFERABLE

• ADR certificate
• Experience with tail lifts
• Experience with refrigerated and frozen transport

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

The position is a seasonal employment with good opportunities for extension after the period ends.
