Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

The role includes, among other things:

• Being responsible for and being able to perform most technical tasks such as preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance
• Proposing improvements, changes, energy-saving measures, etc.
• Managing contact and feedback to clients
• Collaborating with other operational staff and specialists

Who are you?

• At least 3 years of experience in technical property operations
• Education in property management or equivalent competence acquired through several years of experience
• Experience in independent work in various types of properties

As a person, we would like you to be service-oriented, prioritize the customer's best interests, and be good at handling different types of people and situations that may arise in daily work. It is also an advantage if you are meticulous in your work and enjoy working methodically. We prefer someone who is technically inclined and enjoys using technical solutions in their work.
